My Garden

Beautiful country garden

Garden is a lovesome thing, God wot!
Rose plot,
Fringed pool,
Ferned grot—
The veriest school
Of peace; and you that who
Contends that God is not—
Not God! in gardens! when the eve is cool?
Nay, but I have a sign;
’Tis very sure God walks in mine.

Love and care can make little wild plot to be a wonderful place! Our efforts bring beautiful fruits of hard work. And then we can enjoy this garden, where the whole Universe is talking to us.
